Industrial use of conductive adhesive:
(1) Conductive adhesives are used for microelectronics assembly, including thin wires and printed circuits, electroplating bottom plates, metal layers of ceramic adherends, and metal chassis connections, bonding wires and tube sockets, bonding components and through printed circuits Plane holes, bonding waveguide tuning and hole repair.
(2) Another application of conductive adhesive is to bond electrode sheets and magnet crystals in ferroelectric devices. Conductive adhesives can replace welding where flux and crystals tend to deposit due to welding temperature. Bonding for battery terminals is another use of conductive adhesives when the soldering temperature is unfavorable.
(3) The conductive adhesive can form a joint with sufficient strength, so it can be used as a structural adhesive.
